I am very disappointed that you are even considering removing from us the possibility to buy and sell leveraged and inverse funds and ETFs. Markets are to be free and open not controlled by the state or government. With the exception that is the government job to keep it HONEST and free from dishonest acts. It seems the SEC seems to lost it way by thinking that they should keep anyone from selling a market to protect them self for market declines. Why not then have no market if you are going to say you can only buy LONG. Sad that the SEC would even consider this just shows the decline of what is suppose to protect us is now one of the problems. I hope you will decline such action and never consider such bad considerations. MARKETS ARE TO BE FREE AND OPEN NOT JUST CAN BUY LONG. THAT IS NOT FREE OR OPEN MARKETS.
