This is investors discretionary and some kind of protection we can rely on and live peacefully. If markets are falling, you have no way to secure/offset your losses.
Unless someone is trading leveraged or inverse fund only, investors should be given this protection and making a law in one stroke to benefit these big fund houses or politicians
