The ability to invest in leveraged funds is critical to my portfolio. I understand the potential risks a leverage fund poses and I am more than capable of assessing if I can financially tolerate that risk. This proposal would be yet another regulation that benefits only the rich who have large cash on hand don't need leveraged funds.
PLEASE do not infringe on my ability to invest in funds that I choose develop a personalized wealth development strategy.
