I am a self-directed and experienced investor who has used leveraged funds for many years.
Please keep them available to us regular investors without making us jump through too many hoops.
I fully understand the risks and this is one area where we DO NOT need more regulations and don't need anyone else evaluating my capability to handle such risks.
Please keep leveraged and inverse funds AS IS
