Access to these funds are absolutely needed to recover from losses and the timing to put restriction on these funds appears to me that some kind of malicious intent to block the individual investors to recover their losses. What are the actual reasons and intentions behind letting individual investors to invest in these funds when the market was unfavourable to them for all these years and blocking them when the market may be favourable to them.
