I use leveraged and inverse funds as a daily trading tool. I know the risk of trading these funds and the potential for loss. If you change the rules I might not be able to use these funds which would in my opinion, reduce my ability to generate extra income. My biggest loses recently, have come from trading regular stocks. I almost never carry positions overnight when I am trading leveraged ETF's. Just as current rules allow accredited investors to use hedge funds but prevent those who don't meet the requirements from investing in these funds is unfair, to deny us the ability to use leveraged funds, would be even more egregious.
