SEC:
I have been investing in ETFs for a long time now. Trying to get restricted by required extensive personal financials and personal information to be evaluated for qualifications is interfering with individual's investment strategies, specially under what SEC new proposed restrictive regulations are proposing.

Instead of trying to implement more difficult and unpragmatic rules, SEC should consider more educations for individuals learning risk management and learning about self-sufficiency related to stock market, as they say Knowledge is power.
