I am against and additional regulation of the Proshares. There already many disclaimers and investor warnings about owning the shares. I have owned them for years and how to follow the warnings. Buy and hold investors do not touch these and the investors that do already are sophisticated enough to know the risk and reward. No additional controls please. This is bad for investors.
