It is my right to decide what stock/stocks I choose to purchase. It is not the SEC's right to make decisions for me. I take full responsibility for my investments whether negative or positive. I would appreciate an explanation from you as to your pending decision to not allow an individual to purchase ProShares. Please allow us to make our own decisions about our investing.
