Do not infringe on my right to purchase and use Leveraged and Inverse funds to protect or enhance my portfolio. I know very well the risks and rewards associated with these funds and don't need a third party evaluating or preventing me from using such investments. We need to preserve FREE markets were investors or advisors have the freedom to purchase public securities without government imposing arbitrary rules that limit my choices.
