Hi, Thanks to SEC's efforts. US markets function well over the years and have gradually become important tools for investors, including myself. I found leveraged funds and ETF's around 2006. After studying the products, I understand their implied enhanced volatility. While these products may have been designed for short-term trading, I find them great tools for a buy-and-hold long-term investor, like myself. I feel fortunate to have access to these products as they have become an important category of investment instruments for me. I understand some investors may misunderstand such a powerful tool and misuse it. However, as long as fund companies are required to make full and honest disclosure, I think it's up to investors to make choices for themselves. Limiting investors' access to any legitimate tool is simply not consistent with the idea of an open market. I think hat should be a goal for SEC. Fyi, I don't touch inverse products. They are not for me. Thank you
