i have invested and would like to continue to use Leveraged and inverse fund. They are very important to me for almost all of the 5 portfolios I actively manage for myself and family. They have allowed me to seek enhanced returns which has significantly helped 2 long term portfolios that i could have not achieved the results without them. I would also like to use them to help protect these same portfolios.
I am fully capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics. I really do not see why I need a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
