I object to this proposal because I believe the stock market should be open freely to anyone who would like to make investments legally. Only limited regulations shall be imposed to fight criminal acts such as money laundering. It is highly doubtful that any agency could offer an unbiased and fair view regarding whether we are capable of making our own trading decisions. As long as we agree to the terms and conditions of leveraged and inverse funds, which means we understand the risks behind these investment products, we should be able to buy and sell these funds without additional government-imposed limitations.
