Leveraged funds are important to me because they allow enhanced returns and protect my portfolio. I am a Medical Doctor and I am capable of understanding leverage funds and their performance and characteristics and do not need a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve the long standing free markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice. In short, I do not want or need the government interfering with my freedom of choice of purchasing pubic securities. I request the government to stay out with their proposed requlations.
