Leveraged funds are important to me and I understand the risks. They allow me to gain advanced returns in medium to short term trades. I want to preserve the option they give to non-accredited traders like myself. Investing is risky and individuals should police themselves when it comes to managing that risk, not the state. I was notified of all risks and understood them before I ever opened a leveraged trade. Please do not cut off the little people who need to magnify returns using the traditional markets.
