This is absurd What people want to do with their money is their choice Some people gamble it, others pay tens of thousands for online games, and some choose to do options and lose a lot on options by simply missing an expiration date. Why would you limit this??? It's not like everyone and their mom is buying these. It's only a select core of people. Everyone makes mistakes. Everyone hopefully can learn from it.
