SEC,
I am writing to express my opposition to the proposed regulation on leveraged and inverse funds.
The proposed regs are unnecessary, solving a problem that does not exist.
It also sets a dangerous precedent that the "government" knows what is best for the individual investor. This is an elitist and socialist precedent that has no place in a free market. I do not need the SEC to vet my capability to invest in such funds.
Please reconsider, and stop, your proposed changes to current policy.
