I believe it would not be in the interest of those investors who use leveraged or inverse funds, to protect the gains in their portfolios, to make it more burdensome in acquiring these investments.
Also it would be more unfair to those investors, who use them, compared to those who dont. We all need access to free markets, without the extra burdens, for them to work for the benefit of all.
