I am opposed to any restrictions being added for the use of leveraged and/or inverse funds. I have used the funds for years. I am aware of the unusual risk use of the funds entails. However, there is ample information available to the retail investor regarding such risks as well as the proper use of these funds. I do not believe it is necessary to add restrictions on the retail investor's use of these funds.
