There is no need for the government or this governmental body to obtain additional information under the fallacious reason of protecting people. This nanny state idea is symptomatic of how wrong headed things are getting in this world. Let people fail and learn on their own if it happens. Our greatest learning experiences come from failure. Let us be responsible for ourselves, win or lose.
