dear sir , I have been trading for many yrs. I am aware of risks and rewards in trading Leveraged and Inverse funds. It is very important for me to improve my portfolio.
I don't want any third party evaluating my capability of these trades. I don't want any extra government rules and regulations , on Investor choices.
I am against any changes SEC is proposing to restrict these trades
