I am writing to let you know that I oppose the SEC's proposal to make it more burdensome to buy leveraged and inverse funds. These leveraged funds are available for serious investors to trade and invest in the markets. Eliminating or changing the ability to trade these funds is bad for investors, unnecessary, and sets a dangerous precedent.

I find the use of leveraged and inverse funds important to me since they allow me to seek improved returns and help to protect my portfolio. I understand the risks of these funds, and find them no more risky than options or futures.

I hope you consider my comments and do not limit my access to these funds.

Thank you.
