I do not support proposed rule s7-24-15. I'm a small and generally cautious investor who uses leveraged and inverse funds frequently to hedge against market volatility. I agree that regulation of markets is necessary in some cases to protect all of our interests. This rule would impose unnecessary oversight on firms making it difficult and time consuming to implement the proposed rules. I fear they will pass costs and burdens onto customers, possibly making these existing products unavailable to small individual investors. Please maintain a cautious attitude toward over regulation so that all investors, whether large institutional or small can continue to participate in the free market system in this country.
