I use leveraged and inverse funds to hedge against other investments I have made in the stock market and to enhance returns against a benchmark. I invest only a small portion of my portfolio in these leveraged funds and typically keep them for short durations.
I want to continue to have the ability to purchase these funds in the way I can today and without additional SEC rules or guidelines.
