I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.

I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and I dont want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.

Whats next, will the SEC try to take away my right as an individual investor to purchase other securities? I am fully against an overly burdensome qualification process, and this proposal sets a dangerous precedent.
