I'm a retail investor. I've spent a decade studying various trading strategies. Sometimes I use leveraged ETFs to put a little alpha in my portfolio. I particularly like using leveraged ETFs in my retirement accounts. I'm writing TO URGE YOU to stay out of my trading decisions. I understand you want to restrict my use of leveraged ETFs. Why? I know how to trade them. I use stops. I don't need the government telling me how to trade. It's my money, my own portfolio.
