I do not support this proposed rule. Leveraged funds are an important part of my investing strategy and allow me to compete with much larger investors. I am fully capable of making and understanding my investment decisions and I believe all investors must also accept and bear this responsibility. The SEC is overstepping their responsibility by attempting to say otherwise and limiting the market choices of retail investors.
