I wish to express my concern about the proposal to add further administrative rules for investor access to leveraged and inverse funds. I've used such investments to both enhance returns and to provide portfolio protection, when merited. I am aware of the features and risks that are disclosed with such funds and would not like to see further regulations that limit investor access to these vehicles.
