Why must bureaucracies constantly increase the number and severity of restrictions they place on FREE people participating in a FREE market economy? What part of "FREE" do you not understand? One of the definitions of "FREE" from Merriam-Webster's Dictionary (3a) is "not determined by anything beyond its own nature or being: choosing or capable of choosing for itself". Another (5b) states "not subject to government regulation". Neither of these nor the myriad other definitions of "FREE" would permit restrictions to be placed on where knowledgable adults invest their meager dollars left after taxation. Funds that are leveraged or those defined as "inverse" should not be restricted in any way. If they are legal no one should be excluded from investing in them. God gave us free will. No one has given the SEC the right to take that away.
