leveraged ETFs have been an intricate part of my investment portfolio for years. To not be allowed to invest or regulate the amount I can invest in leveraged funds would be ridiculous. As an investor in the U.S. stock market for 40 years, my experience and personal expertise makes the investment choices I make for myself and my family, my business. They should not be regulated by someone who thinks they know what's best for me. I personally feel that leveraged investments are not for everyone and should be accompanied with a disclaimer as they are now. We as Americans should have the freedom to choose our investment vehicles.
