Leveraged funds are an important vehicle in my trading activities. They are a key way to hedge and protect investments. I am fully capable of understanding the pros and cons of leveraged investment and trading vehicles. I do not want any third party determining what I am capable of understanding. There have been excellent educational communications from many parties explaining how leveraged funds work. Freedom of choice and decision making has always been a key component of American life and should not be interfered with.
