I believe it is vital to continue to allow access to leveraged ETFs for ordinary investors. These instruments allow non institutional private individuals to have more power over their own portfolio, without having to pay fees to a manager, and without needing to have access to hedge funds and alternative products. Please do not limit the options for individual investors to control their own portfolios.
