Leveraged and inverse funds are very important to me and have helped to obtain enhanced returns denied to me as I am unable to trade pre- and post-market as a retail investor. I am capable of understanding these funds and object to any further barriers being placed on me to trade in a timely manner, ie. within seconds. Please let the public markets operate in an open environment.
