Please do not add more burdensome rules and regulations on investors. The proposal appears to try and correct a problem that does not exist. There is more than sufficient information available about these type of investment tools. The govt already through capital gains taxes enriches itself on the returns investors make based solely on the risk the investors take. Please do add to this burden by enriching bureaucrats, lawyers and accountants even more. Thank you
