Proposed rules to limit participating in Leverage ETFs is Free Market Restraint tantamount to violating the US Constitution in many ways......including Freedom of Speech Why NOT shutter ALL OPTIONS markets......I have 35 years in the market including 20 as a Vice President of Investments for 3 major brokerages in 80s90s 2000s.
