I have personally purchase Inverse and levered Pro Shares Mutual Funds and ETF's over the past 20 years. I strongly object to the SEC's proposal to restrict my purchase of these trading vehicles. A carefully worded disclaimer to the prospective buyer of these products is all that is needed. Those of us who manage our own investments have the right and obligation to investigate these products before purchasing as we do with any other investment decision.
