Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, they allow me to protect my portfolio and trades regarding options trading.

I am certainly capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristic. I dont need a third party avaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them at all.
3. I want definitely preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities, which Proshares funds certainly are, without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.
