This proposal is beyond ridiculous. These funds are easier to understand then many ETFs and have dramatically simplified both my day to day and long term investment strategies.

Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me, and they allow me to seek enhanced returns given my outlook and assumptions about the market and economy.
I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and dont want a third party evaluating my capability to do so and potentially preventing me from buying them.
I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where investors and their advisors have the freedom to buy public securities without additional government-imposed limitations on investor choice.

Please stop this madness. I am willing to join a class action litigation to preserve free access to such funds.
