Dear Sir, I do not see any reason for the SEC proposed rule #S7-24-15. You will be setting a dangerous precedent by making individual free citizens qualify if the can buy stocks/ETFs. If this proposal is adopted it will strangle the free market by taking away options. The market needs to be left alone to to reward the wise investor and punish the gambler.
