The idea of having to go through a qualification process to buy leverage funds is more confusing to me that buying the leverage funds. The people who typically buy these funds are usually well informed. I have been using leveraged funds for many years. I have made over 30% the last two months. Does that sound like I don't know what I am doing?
I hardly think you would have my best interest in mind by making me buy a mutual fund so some fund manager can charge 1% to manage my money and only have a 10% chance of beating the SP?
Wall Street is already stacked for the super rich and we don't need the leveraged funds taken away from us.
