Leveraged and Inverse funds are important to me and allow me to seek enhanced returns and help me protect my portfolio. I am capable of understanding leveraged and inverse funds and their performance characteristics, and do not want a third party evaluating my capability to do so, or preventing me from buying them. I want to preserve the long-standing free public markets where people and advisors make their decisions without additional government-imposed regulations or limitations on investor choice.
