I very much hope that there is not new regulation that restricts my ability to invest in leveraged funds. They have greatly increased my returns for the last 10 years. I have the assets, and knowledge, that I could purchase the individual options but that would be quite onerous compared with the simplicity of purchasing the leveraged fund.
