I trade leveraged and inverse products. They allow me to protect my portfolio at certain needed times and also allow me to add returns to my portfolio.
I fully understand the risk and would be upset if there was a law requiring a 3d party to evaluate my capability.
I don't want any added government regulations covering leveraged products. It will be a hardship in paperwork and is completely unnecessary. It is not needed. Please do not pass this law Thanks
