This proposal extremely detrimental to my financial future. It would force me into purchasing options instead which are much more volatile and inherently less profitable due to time decay which is negligible in the products I depend upon and are unfair targets. The algorithms and market makers have an unfair advantage as is. These are necessary to even try to compete To get rid of them is anti competitive.
