The Securities and Exchange Commission has proposed new regulations that could impact my investment in leveraged and inverse funds such as those offered by ProShares.
These leveraged and inverse funds are important to my investment strategy. I fully understand these funds and I do not need third-party evaluation. I want to preserve my freedom to buy public securities without additional government limitations.
