This is the only way I can invest with borrowed money without the risk. I dont have a lot money to leverage my own investments and nor do I have the know how. In investing leveraged etf I can safely invest my money and rest easy I wont mess it up. By taking away my right to invest in what I want will cause me to take risk that I would not like to take. Please reconsider what you are proposing and let people make their own decisions.
