I understand that the SEC is considering implementing restrictions on investors as it relates to leveraged/inverse ETFs. I am writing in hopes that these restrictions will be reconsidered. As an investor I understand the intricacies of these types of investments and value them as options in my portfolio. I am aware of the risks associated with these and other investments and feel any additional restrictions are unnecessary.
