Please do not restrict access to leverage funds. They act as a great equalizer and the proposal runs contrary to the Chairman's public statements about opening public markets. Leveraged ETFs have been a way for young investors like myself to enjoy substantially higher returns for small amounts of capital. Restricting access to them would make it harder for everyday investors to achieve alpha.
