Leveraged and inverse funds are important to me - they allow me to seek enhanced returns for my brokerage accounts.
I feel I am capable of understanding these funds and do not want a third party evaluating my capability to do so or prevent me from buying them.
I want to preserve the long standing FREE public markets, and I want to maintain my current access to these funds.
