This is a terrible idea and handcuffs those of us that want to take control of our own financial success/future. We should have the right to make our own investment decisions without the sec approval. All investments have risks, and I understand investing in leveraged funds can be extremely risky but it is less risky than having a leveraged stock account. Those of us that pay attention to the market, understand the risk and willing to take on the risk should be able to make our on investment decisions.
